I happened to see your picture of Salt Lake City at night. It was stunning. I live in Utah as well. Always nice to see fellow Utah Deviants around.

At 40 years of age, my best friend has been diagnosed with Stage 3a NSCLung Cancer. She and I have several matching tattoos that we have gotten through the years. Since getting her diagnosis I have been in search of a tattoo that I can get now and she can get when she has healed to celebrate our faith that she will get better and she will have a "rebirth" of sorts. Since the butterfly is a symbol of rebirth, that is what I have been searching for. I LOVE our butterfly design. It would be perfect for what I am looking for and am on my knees begging your permission to use it for our tattoo. I pray it doesn't come down to it being a memorial tattoo, but if it does, at least I would have something special and individual to look at when I think of my dear friend.
